When outages occur, the Taylor Electric team works to get power restored as quickly and as safely as possible.

Please keep in mind that there can be a large amount of members calling at once when outages happen. Member service representatives answer calls as they come in. Outages can also be reported on the mobile app and updates can be seen on the Taylor Electric Facebook page.
