Interested in any of these programs? Call (325) 793-8500 for assistance.
Budget Billing
The budget billing program is available to members with a year or more of billing history. With budget billing, we look at usage history from the previous year, take an average and charge the same amount each month.
Note: Any difference remaining at the end of the year, will be due in full.
Easy Pay Program
The Easy Pay Program is designed for members who cannot pay or would rather not pay the required deposit. This plan charges the same price per kWh as the regular plan. Rather than paying for the electricity used during the previous month, members pay for the electricity they plan to use in the future. Members on the Easy Pay Program can choose to pay daily or weekly, and some members choose to pay just once a month. This is the most flexible plan and allows members to view and manage their usage as often as they would like.
