Easy Pay Program

The Easy Pay Program is designed for members who cannot pay or would rather not pay the required deposit. The plan charges the exact same price per kWh as the regular plan. Rather than paying for the electricity used during the previous month, members pay for the electricity they plan to use in the future. Members using the Easy Pay Program can choose to pay daily or weekly, and some members choose to pay just once a month. This is the most flexible plan and allows members to view and manage their usage as often as they would like.

To sign up for the Easy Pay Program contact a member service representative at (325) 793-8500.

Budget Billing

After just one year of membership, members can sign up for average billing and take the guess work out of the monthly bill. With average billing, usage history from the previous year is used to create an average amount. Members then pay the same amount each month. Note: Any difference remaining at the end of the year, will be due in full.

To sign up for budget billing contact one of our member service representatives at (325) 793-8500.
